Warden Tree AB, 559565-3048, is a privately owned company in the tourism industry based in Värmland. Our brand is Happie Camp. We offer fully furnished tents located in secluded natural areas and provide all-inclusive packages for forest bathing and outdoor activities. Warden Tree AB (also referred to as "we" or "us") is committed to protecting your personal privacy, and this privacy policy explains how we do so.

Right to information

Correct data

Right to be forgotten

Your personal data is stored in our booking system for 2 years after the booking ends. As a customer, you can always request that your personal data be deleted. We are obligated to delete data in the following cases:

• The data is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for

• The processing is based on your consent and you withdraw it

• The processing is for direct marketing and you object to it

• You object to processing based on legitimate interests and no overriding legitimate grounds exist

• The data has been processed unlawfully

• Deletion is required to comply with a legal obligation

Restricted access

Providing our products or services

If you purchased accommodation through a reseller or partner, we will process your data as needed to:

• identify you as a customer,

• fulfill our contract with you for delivering products and services,

• handle complaints and claims,

• protect our rights and fulfill our obligations under our contract with you.

We may process contact details (name, address, email, phone). This processing is necessary to provide the product or service you bought. The legal basis is contract fulfillment. We keep your data for 2 years after your last booking end date.

Showing interest in our products or services

To offer our products and services, we may process your data if you:

• requested information about our products or services via website, social media, email, or phone,

• provided your information during events we or our resellers/partners hosted or participated in.

We process data you provide, usually contact details (name, address, email, phone). Our legitimate interest in processing your data outweighs your interest in non-processing. The legal basis is legitimate interests.

If you requested or received a quote, we keep your data for six months from your inquiry. If you provided data via the website or events, we keep it for six months from submission.

Customer service cases

If you contact Customer Service, we need to identify you and may require booking details to handle complaints or inquiries. We process data you provide such as contact details and booking numbers.

If we receive a complaint, we create a case including the complaint details and identities of involved persons.

We usually must disclose the complainant's identity to the person concerned. If the complainant wants anonymity, we will try to respect this, but anonymous complaints can be difficult to process.
